The month of September has not yet registered a blockbuster at the box office. There are no major hits this month with the latest releases till date like Katti Batti with mixed reviews, Meeruthiya Gangsters and Hero doesn’t fare well at the box office. September releases:
September, 25th the last Friday in the month has some interesting films lined up for release. Calendar Girls from Madhur Bhandarkar is one of the much awaited films in the industry and public as the director is known for making critically acclaimed and commercially successful movies. The film is inspired by the lives and struggles of the Calendar Girls. The director known for portraying real issues promises that this film is going to create a sensation with revelations that would surely shock the audience.
Bhaag Jonny is also about to hit the screens on 25th, September which is directed by Shivam Nair. The film is a thriller starring Kunal Kemu, Zoa Morani and Mandana Karima. The story line is about a man who is forced to lead two lives and has to finally choose one over the other with some interesting events unfolding in the plot.
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu is also slated to release on 25th September which is a comedy movie with Kapil Sharma in the lead. The movie is about him planning for a fourth marriage while all his three wives come to know about his cheating. The trailers are quite interesting and you can watch out for this hilarious movie to the hit screens at the end of this month.
Finally, Time Out is also releasing in this month end introducing Chirag Malhotra, Pranay Pachauri and Kaamya Sharma. The movie revolves around friendship, love and laughter dealing complexities out of a simple relationship. The trailers were released on August 14, 2015 which seems to be promising with some interesting music composed by Sandesh Shandilya.
October releases:
The other upcoming movies in the month of October 1st week are “Singh is Bling” from Akshay Kumar and the comeback flick for Aishwarya Rai, “Jazbaa” that are expected to create a sensation at the box office. Films like Unindian, Wedding Pullav, Shaandaar, M. S. Dhoni, Main Aur Charles are also being released in the month of October to entertain the audience.
