Hydraulic Press Brake is very technical and very complex and it also involves many things such as clear cutting tools, press brake material type, brittle fracture & slippage. It is very important for end user of Hydraulic Press Brake to know that both tensile strength and what type of compressive stress is involved in cutting machine . Horizontal stress occurs while cutting also torsional stress is involved. Top structure i.e. Ram on which blade is mounted the top of press brake is under stress with the lower Blade support Bottom Portion/Bed of the press brake Machine when cutting takes place. If the clearance between both knifes or blades is proper and also knifes are sharp then the sheared edge of the press brake Material cut will be cored and without any bur.
