City Art & Framing, founded back in 1989, originally occupied the famous shop at 228 Bishopsgate, one of the very first shops which was opened at the same time of Liverpool Street Station.Over the next 20 years the gallery became very well known, until for reasons of expansion, the gallery moved just 50 yards to number 13 Artillery Lane, a 4 storey warehouse dating back to the occupancy of the silk weavers of Spitalfields.
